Amanda is one of besties :D she's a little miss (maybe over) crazy haha..
i met her since 3 years ago,
for the first time..she's look so 'cold'..but after going crazy with her for 3 year,
she's so funny crazy naughty :))

I LOVE LASAGNA..really love love love lasagna :)
my boyfriend mom's lasagna is one of my favorite lasagna..
my friends, fadil also gave me a delicious lasagna which cooked by his mother! hihi

hey i finally found what i've been looking for ingredients for making a delicious lasagna :
1 pound (450 gr) of sweet italian sausage
1 pound (450 gr) of ground beef
1/2 cup (120 ml) of chopped onions
2 cloves of garlic chopped

Brown the Ground beef, italian sausage, onions, garlic in a pot until they start to cook. It takes about 6-9 minutes to brown the meat. Use a dutch oven to cook this portion of the recipe. Use a medium low temperature to brown the meat

add the following :
1 (28 ounce) can of crushed tomatoes
2 (8 ounce) (230 g) cans of tomatosausage
2 (6 ounce) (168 g) of tomato paste
1/2 (120 ml) cup of water

gently stir this into the cooking meat

add the following :
2 tablespoons (30 ml) white sugar
1 teaspoon (5 ml) fennel seed
2 teaspoon (10 ml) fresh basil leave chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
